A: WD40 or any other type of oil can be used.

Q: How do you adjust the tension in the MX1 stepper?

A: Once the steps are released you continue turning clockwise for less pressure and counter clockwise for more pressure. (refer to page 7 of instruction manual)

Q: What are the care instructions for the sauna suit?

A: While wearing the suit, wear other clothing underneath to prevent sticking to the skin. Wash carefully by hand.

Q: How do you blow up the exercise ball

A: The plastic piece (stopper) needs to be REMOVED from the ball first, then put pump tip into hole and pump. Replace stopper once it is blown up.
