If for some reason something with your order does not meet your satisfaction, let us know about it. Items purchased from MyFitBasics.com may be returned for a refund or replacement item up to 30 DAYS of the original online purchase date. Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

1- Call our customer service department at (435) 764-8769 or email us at customerservice@cacheproducts.com to receive a Return Authorization number.

2- Click here to download and print a Return Merchandise Form. Fill out form completely and attach to a copy of your original receipt/invoice.

3- Make sure the merchandise you want to return is in complete and re-sellable condition or we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund. Merchandise needs to be in original packaging with all tags attached.

4- Properly package the merchandise you are returning for return shipment. Please re-use the original shipping materials to properly package your merchandise. Allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your return.

5- Ship your return item along with the copy of your receipt/invoice and completed Return Merchandise Form back to:

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest you obtain tracking information and sufficient insurance in case your item gets lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning orders that have qualified for free shipping, if the entire order is returned, the amount of the original shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund.
